Participants in the 2026 Summer School on “Dealing with Loved Ones in Crisis” explored six major psychotherapy approaches – psychoanalysis, systemic, existential, gestalt, person-centred, and horse-assisted therapy – through a dynamic mix of theory, practical techniques, and self-awareness exercises. In addition they observed therapy sessions at SFU’s Outpatient Clinic and concluded the programme with an inspiring Modality Workshop, where experts shared their approaches in a spirit of mutual appreciation.
