Project description:
The Theradocx project aims to develop a novel, AI-supported SaaS platform for psychotherapists, psychologists and professionals in the psychosocial field. The platform will bring all core work processes together in a single, data-protection-compliant environment, from documentation through analysis and billing to secure digital communication. The central focus is a significant reduction in administrative workload, which currently takes up to a quarter of therapists’ working time. This will create more room for the therapeutic work itself while also improving the quality of documentation.
SFU research contribution: As a research partner, SFU contributes expertise in psychotherapy science and evaluation skills to the project’s AI-related work packages, from automatic speech recognition (ASR) to the development and evaluation of AI-generated summaries and recommendations (LLM).
