PTS | So Long, Gallery Office 4003: Greiner & Jandl Relocate to 4005

In 2015, Kurt Greiner and Martin Jandl (both from the Faculty of Psychotherapy Science) opened their Gallery Office 4003 at SFU’s Freudplatz 1, which soon became well known for its artistic creations on the wall and its natural specimens among the plant pots, and was visited frequently and with great enthusiasm.

Gallery Office 4003 was a place for many things: encounters, exchanges of ideas, discussions, exams, a listening ear for troubles, meetings and more. Its size, colourful warmth and good cheer, along with the fresh air from the jungle-like sprawl of plants, offered space in every sense of the word.

But the Faculty of Psychotherapy Science is growing, colleagues are in need of workspace – and 4003 offers room for more than just two desks. So, after eleven years, the Gallery Office is closing its doors for good, and Greiner & Jandl are moving two offices along to Office 4005.

And although the spatial conditions there are different, the colourful spirit lives on, for the two researchers who let it out of the bottle remain true to themselves: with wit and verve – and their unwavering commitment to an autonomous psychotherapy science.
